Why didn't I meet a dentist like this years back?! Dr Dan is a superb dentist that takes his time to explain everything thoroughly to you. His work is superb too — I've just has a dental implant and it rocks! Huge thanks also go to his super friendly and accommodating team.

If I had to have a filling...
I don't like having fillings and imagine that no one does. Dr. Dan and Linda (his capable assistant) put me at ease and made a less than pleasant experience as enjoyable as possible. Always Accommodating
I called one morning asking for an appointment the same day over a concern about something on the inside of my cheek. This was causing me some anxiety. The office staff did not hesitate to get me in and Dr. Dan took the time to thoroughly examine it and relieve my fears. They truly care about their patients!

Hello to all the staff at Westboro Station Dental, I just moved to Ottawa and needed an appointment quickly because of an obscure facial/oral pain. I want to thank you (Jessa, Brianna and Dr. Hwang) for your professional, friendly and courteous service. Dentists vs. DENTISTS
There are dentists and then there are DENTISTS! Dr. Hwang is a DENTIST! His whole practise is set up to be very transparent so questions get answered and solutions actually get found. He is incredibly professional but also has a sense of humour with his staff who are fantastic! The whole office and waiting room are gorgeous and the equipment is absolutely top notch. I will recommend them to all of my friends in the next while whether they are looking for a new dentist or not because this is most definitely, a dentist in line with a new world’s changing needs.

Friendly and State of the Art dental practical
Like most people, I have dreaded going to the dentist because it has never been a good experience... Until I went to Westboro Station Dental. Dr. Dan Hwang and his team are friendly and professional. You immediately feel that the practise is built on the principle of customer service and the desire to radically shift your expectation of your visits to the dentist. The first thing they do on your first visit is get to know you. They set up a personal profile that keeps your dental and personal profile available to the hygienist each visit so you don't feel like a stranger even if you don't get the same hygienist each time or if you only come in once a year. They must look you up before you get in each time because it always feel like they remember you personally. They have State of the Art technology in each room and the office is very modern and well maintained. Always clean! They have your profile up on a flat screen TV so that you can see what they're talking about — view your own history, x-rays, etc. They start out each visit asking if you have any concerns that you want to discuss and updating your records. They are always gentle and concerned with your comfort. You don't feel rushed. And you don't feel like they would rather be doing anything else. They all seem to love their job. They give great information about how to improve dental hygiene and oral health - on every visit I learn something new. They use a professional service for cleaning the equipment and you see them open the sealed packaging when they start your cleaning. Dr. Dan Hwang is very friendly and helpful. I also like that he shares my interest in international service and he volunteers with international medical charities. The office has pictures from some of his trips on the wall. He also never seems rushed when he does your check up and spends time chatting with you. Everyone at the clinic has a great sense of humour. I highly recommend Westboro Station Dental to anyone looking for a dentist. I have been with them now for over 5 years and it is a pleasure. I also like that they process your insurance claims online right away as you pay so that you get reimbursed quickly by your insurer. Overall great service!
